At The Global City, a premier mixed-use urban development by Masterise Homes, Cao Le has been entrusted with the design, construction of the plant nursery, and ongoing green maintenance. The nursery designed by Cao Le supplies high-quality saplings of diverse species—from shade trees and flowering ornamental plants to shrubs—ensuring healthy growth well-suited to the tropical climate of Thủ Đức. The nursery construction includes soil preparation, irrigation systems, shading structures for young plants, and proper layout to optimize growth. In addition, the green maintenance tasks are carried out regularly by Cao Le’s specialized team: pruning, fertilizing, pest control, soil moisture management, and replacing damaged vegetation. Given that The Global City allocates over 13 hectares to green space and landscaping, Cao Le’s involvement is key in achieving the project’s ecological and wellness standards, delivering a fresh, lush, sustainable environment for residents.
