Job description
– Control the quality of drawings when put into construction and submitted to the investor for signature; volume of projects.
– Responsible for organizing acceptance, quality records, settlement records, shop drawings, completion drawings, labor safety and sanitation at the construction site.
– Manage the construction of the project site to ensure safety, quality, aesthetics, progress and efficiency.
Establish construction schedule, deploy and control construction progress and quality. Report and propose solutions to difficulties during the construction process.
– Contact and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems within the scope of work
– Other tasks as assigned by the Company Director.
