Job description
– Synthesize, analyze, evaluate and report promptly, fully and accurately the information received during the process of preparing construction measures for bidding documents and project construction.
– Organize inspection and supervision of the construction process according to approved measures and techniques and promptly detect and correct errors.
– Select effective control methods for technical risks in construction.
– Coordinate timely handling of incidents and properly handling the requirements of the Investor and relevant agencies on techniques and construction measures to ensure quality and construction progress.
– Organize the inspection of construction method documents, explanations, calculations, reports on the review of construction method drawings, and approval status.
– Organize the inspection of the internal acceptance work of the BCHCT for subcontractors.
– Regularly conduct on-site inspections to detect and correct errors and make appropriate improvements.
– Detect errors and unreasonable designs to adjust or request the design contractor to adjust.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.

1. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
– University degree or higher in construction, engineering.
2. EXPERIENCE AND AGE, APPEARANCE:
– At least 02 years of experience in construction work and at least 02 years of experience in an equivalent role;
– Experience in implementing high-rise and villa projects;
3. FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
– Good English;
– Proficient in office software and specialized software.
