The HH4-1, HH4-2 & HH4-3 towers of the Saigon Ba Son Complex are high-end mixed-use residential, office, and retail buildings with 45–48 storeys and over 140,000 m² of floor area, located at a prime address in District 1. In this project, Cao Le is contracted to supply & install Marble and tiling works for apartments and amenities areas, as well as provide & install Limestone for the infinity pool and the façade at Level 46. Imported Marble and premium Limestone, non-slip tiles, mosaic, and upscale ceramics are used to ensure both elegance and durability. The scope includes surface preparation, floor tiling, wall cladding, joint finishing, waterproofing, and exterior façade work in high altitude to withstand exposure. With this role, Cao Le plays a key part in delivering a luxury living experience, blending modern architecture with refined amenities. Maintenance plans post-installation are also established to preserve long-term beauty and performance.
