The Grand Ha Noi

The The Grand Hanoi project stands as a symbol of ultra-luxury architecture in the heart of Hoan Kiem, developed by Masterise Homes and managed by The Ritz-Carlton. In this project, Cao Le has been entrusted with supplying and constructing the pool landscape and the BOH (Back-of-House) area, including pool tiling and edging, overflow treatment, drainage systems, and auxiliary landscapes around the pool. The materials sourced by Cao Le include non-slip tiles, premium natural stone, high-quality mosaic, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability under Hanoi’s climate. The BOH area under Cao Le’s responsibility covers service walkways, greenery behind technical rooms, wall cladding, floor tiling, railings, all designed to be coherent with the project’s neoclassical style. Completed in line with the 2023 handover schedule, Cao Le commits to regular maintenance of both pool landscape and BOH: cleaning the pool, replacing damaged tiles, checking drainage and lighting systems. Cao Le’s involvement significantly enhances the luxury living experience for residents of The Grand Hanoi.
