Mandarin Oriental Bãi Nồm Resort

Mandarin Oriental Bãi Nồm Resort is a luxury hospitality project located in Phu Yen, covering 29 hectares with 72 exclusive villas and hotel suites. Among them, 25 branded Residences at Mandarin Oriental feature 3–5 bedrooms, private pools, and landscaped gardens. Developed by Indochina Kajima, constructed by Wealthcons, and operated by Mandarin Oriental, the resort is expected to open in the first half of 2026. Notably, Cao Lê Land concept contributes to the landscape design and construction, blending pristine nature with modern comfort. With an 800-meter-long beach embraced by dramatic cliffs, the project promises to be one of the most prestigious luxury resorts in Central Vietnam.
